Our Fairy Godmothers monitor calls to 604-702-8130 between 5pm and 7pm on most weekdays.
E-mailing is the best way to get a hold of them quickly.
Messages will not be answered after 8pm, so keep an eye out for an answer in the morning if you contact us late at night!
Once a booking is submitted, it can take between 24 and 72 hours to confirm a performer and book you into our schedule.
Party payment is required in full by 48 hours before your event, via e-transfer to [email protected]
In the event of an unforeseen cancellation, you will not be charged if we are contacted to cancel 48 hours before your party. Any cancellation after the 48-hour window will be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of your party total.
